Aqua aerobics is the perfect activity for people of all ages, including pregnant women. This enjoyable and effective sport reduces fatigue, improves muscle tone, does not overload the joints, stimulates the blood flow, normalises blood pressure and improves the brain functions. Water resistance means that these exercises require 80% more energy, so they are slower but less tiring. These water exercises will lift your mood, inspire you and tone your body.

Aqua aerobic takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM in the large pool
